Trees and more trees

Hi, I love taking photos of trees, no idea why.




I love the contrast of the bark on these compared to the surrounding bush. This was taken on the road between Brookton and Pingelly WA.

Yesterday

We got the camera out while babysitting again. While I am here, I am housebound. At the moment its too hot to go out to do anything anyway. One day we will be able to take baby out maybe to a park or something and introduce him to things.

Meanwhile, HWMBO commandeered my camera and took heaps of bubs. Here is a beautiful shot of bubs.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having lunch with HWMBO's cousin, Vi and her hubby Alan and son Mike. We had lunch at Jackie's place. A great time and much laughing and reminisces of old times and places. It great for HWMBO because he hasn't been home for a very long time and we just don't know anyone else who is from there.

Whats up ?

I can't upload any pictures today, this is the 2nd time I have had trouble doing it...... so no pics.

Going to my daughters house for lunch on Tuesday to meet up with HWMBO cousin from the UK. Have chatted online, now about to meet her, her hubby and her son. We can't wait.

Well its too warm to go and look for things to photograph at the moment. So here is a pic of our dinner being cooked last night.

Unfortunetly the meat was so tough that I have decided not to eat BBQ meat anymore. WHMBO can cook for him and the boy. I will find other things to eat. Like boiled eggs tonight. :)

Day #3 (missed yesterday, life sometimes gets in the way)

At about 7 this morning there were a huge flock of galah's on my front patch. Raced to get a camera, they were so spread out. Got this one off.



One photo and they all flew away, thought it wasn't me, then saw this little fellow there. Guess the galah's didn't want to eat with him!
